In this course users will learn how to improve job performance by using Dynamics GP in a more efficient and effective manner. We will cover tips and troubleshooting techniques related to the Core Financial Modules. This course will also teach you how to maximize your reporting and analysis capabilities with inquiries and reports that can be customized to meet your specific business needs.

This course in intended for users who want to learn more about Dynamics GP than has been covered in other core module training courses.

• Learn how to use Inquiries, Reports and SmartList to easily access and customize financial information.
• Use advanced foundation functionality such as Business Alerts, Activity Tracking, Custom Links and Macros.
• How to create and maintain budgets using Microsoft Excel-based budgeting.
• Use advanced AP functionality to enter transactions and process cheques.
• Create user defined sorts and restrictions on Report Writer to get only the information you want.
• Use Microsoft Office integrations to perform recurring tasks.

Prerequisites

General knowledge of core financial modules and at least one month of Great Plains work experience.
