Dynamics CRM 4.0 Advanced User Training (2 hrs)

Introduction

This course covers advanced productivity tools available in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, not covered in this level of detail in the CRM 4.0 Sales Training. It will provide the capability to become even more productive and effective in using the information that can be provided by CRM. This course does not cover basic Microsoft CRM functionality.

This course is intended for Microsoft partners and customers who are already familiar with and have had experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
