We start with a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Overview and move on to the understanding of the Marketing Modules features.
We demonstrate how to set up and track a campaign as well as track the responses. Converting responses and creating lead opportunity records is also explored.
This course offers a hands-on training lab as well as a Customization overview which includes add on modules.
