Dynamics CRM 4.0 Marketing and Event Management

Introduction

Upon completion of this class, attendees will understand how to use the marketing and event management features of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.

We start with a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Overview and move on to the understanding of the Marketing Modules features.

We demonstrate how to set up and track a campaign as well as track the responses. Converting responses and creating lead opportunity records is also explored.

This course offers a hands-on training lab as well as a Customization overview which includes add on modules.
