Upon completion of this class, attendees will understand how to use the lead, opportunity and other sales related features in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.

We start with a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Overview and move on to the understanding of the features of the Sales Module.

We then move on to a Sales Demonstration which leads into a Sales Lab and Customization and Marketing overview.
