4. Development – The bulk of the programming work is done in the development phase where we create the new features and migrate data as applicable. All testing and debugging is done in this phase.
5. Deployment – This is where the efforts of the project team come together for a successful transition to the new Microsoft Dynamics solution. The phase includes final system and load testing, user training and the actual transition to the new production environment.
