This instructor-led course provides an introduction to the capabilities of Sales Management in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.  It will teach you how to track and manage the Sales Process from lead and opportunity through to close. It provides insight on how to tailor the Sales Process to your business, leverage workflow and track sales activities and tasks by individual and team.  It will also introduce you to sales forecasting , analytics, the product catalogue, pricing, quoting and order process.  The on-site course will have some introductory hands-on labs.
