Send us an email with a description of your problem to support@rimrock.com.The incident will be logged immediately and routed quickly and efficiently to the person who can help you. If possible, please include screen shots of your issue as these can be extremely helpful in identifying the problem in a timely manner.
Call the support desk at 416-256-4995 ext 238. If a support person is not available at the moment you call, please leave a message. Our phone system will send us an automatic email notification and we will respond as soon as possible.
