Microsoft Dynamics GP System Checkup

Updated: Jun 16, 2021

When you are busy with day-to-day operations and all of the reporting and analysis that goes with it, you might not have time to take a step back and ask how your GP system and processes could be working better. Let us help you answer that question with a GP System Checkup.

A GP System Checkup has two primary goals: (1) To ensure you are obtaining the most value for your investment, and (2) To determine whether or not your GP system is configured for optimal performance.

The Checkup includes both a Technical Review and an Application Review:

Technical Review

o Server backup & maintenance jobs o SQL version & service pack o SQL configuration o Workstation installation & deployment o Deployment documentation review

Application Review

o System security & user access o System configuration o Module use & issue review o Month & year end processing o Enhancements & process improvements o Integrations & customizations

Upon completion of your System Checkup, we will deliver a summary of your GP system configuration and a list of issues that could be impeding the system’s performance. More importantly, we will provide recommendations for the resolution of those issues and advise you of new features and modules that could streamline your business processes and extend visibility to critical information throughout your organization.
