While the end of Mainstream Support meant no design changes or feature requests as well as year-end or tax updates, the end of Extended Support means that there is no longer any paid support (per-incident, per hour or other) for this version of Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Another important item to note is that Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010’s mainstream support ended on October 13, 2015 – so this version no longer receives tax and year-end updates. It is now in its’ extended support lifecycle which ends on October 13, 2020.
The following documentation goes over this more in detail:

If you’re currently on Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0, we’d highly recommend starting to plan now to get upgraded to a newer version of Microsoft Dynamics GP, so that you’re not finding yourself in a non-supported environment.
