We have recently been notified by several clients that they have received a call from Microsoft USA regarding the License Renewal for Dynamics GP (Great Plains). The call is in reference to a campaign from Microsoft with the objective to have customers renew their Software Assurance, Enhancement Plan or License Renewal for Dynamics GP. Please note that this outsourced Microsoft tele-sales team DOES NOT have access to the status of your renewal.
If you are receiving calls from 615-283-7450, advise them that Rimrock, your Microsoft Partner, will be managing your renewals and to remove you from their call list.
If the calls continue or if you feel you are being harassed by these agents, please let us know so that we can escalate this issue with Microsoft.
