The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Update for 2015 is scheduled to process in October or November 2015. If companies want to update sooner, that option is available to them.
Microsoft used to offer updates much faster, but received complaints from customers who didn’t want to risk having update issues with the software. Since the 2015 update is within the same software framework, it is considered to be less risky and some of our customers want to take advantage of the new features as soon as possible.
