For example, we recently helped a client activate an alert to receive a past due AR account list by email every Tuesday afternoon. She doesn’t have to analyze a complete AR trial balance on a weekly basis anymore, and is able to focus her cash collection efforts before accounts become too delinquent. It only took us 60 minutes to activate this alert and train the client to set up other alerts in the future.
